Is this the policy? It’s the first I heard of this, and It’s not the first time this has happened. The rude employee then said, “if you don’t like it, don’t take the offer”. Are you crazy? For a $10 gift card or cheap gift, you expect me to play an entire hour each date there’s a gift? A ton of money could be lost in an hour. Our accounts are then locked and when we go to the rewards desk to have them unlocked, we are told, “you have to play an hour when picking up each gift”. We did not play every single day we picked up gifts, the multiple times we did play, we both played well over $400 each visit. Although there is a message that pops up on the screen whenever you use the kiosk to print out the vouchers for gifts that states without continued play, offers may not be available or something vague like that, it does NOT state they will lock your account which forces you to have to go to the rewards desk. During this trip, we had 4 $10 gift cards, a tactical lantern gift which costs maybe $20 and about $20 in bonus slot dollars.$10 on 2 days. ![]() ![]() WE WILL NOT PLAY HERE AGAIN! My father and I are both platinum card holders after tier matching our Caesars Entertainment card where I am a Diamond Plus card holder, and he is a Diamond card holder. I did not stay at the hotel, but visited the casino numerous times with my parents during my most recent trip 8/27.
